SICILIAN PORK ROAST WITH GARLIC
Prep time: 25 minutes
Cook time: 40 minutes
Side dish: herbed rolls
Serves: 6
Ingredients:
3 lbs pork butt (ha ha!), cut into chunks
1/3 cup lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
1/2 tsp fennel seeds
5 cloves garlic (your favorite!) chopped and 5 whole cloves garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
3 onions, cut into wedges
2 bay leaves
1/2 tsp salt
3 oz bacon, chopped
1 15-oz can chopped tomatoes, drained
1) Combine pork, lemon juice, fennel seeds, chopped & whole garlic, olive oil, onions, and bay leaves in a large baking dish. Stir well. Cover. Chill for 20 minutes.
2) Preheat oven to 350ºF. Sprinkle bacon over pork in bacon dish.
3) Roast pork, turning occasionally, until partially cooked - about 20 minutes.
4) Add tomatoes to dish. Roast for 20 minutes longer. Remove bay leaves. Serve hot or at room temperature.

Ramen Noodles:
Put some water in a pan.
Place pan on stove and (this is the hard part) bring water to a boil.
Place the abnormally hard brick of so-called noodles into the boiling water.
After three minutes sprinkle that nice packet of monosodium glucomate with "REAL" chicken flavoring over noodles.
Enjoy straight out of the pan, no need to get another dish dirty.
